Confitures thermostable - a kind of jam, jelly with the whole or crushed fruits (berries, fruit) which are evenly distributed in it, uvarenny with sugar with addition of zheliruyushchy substances (most often pectin).
In assortment: an apricot with pieces, an apricot, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, a kiwi, Premiere cherry with pieces of berries, blackcurrant of "Prime minister" with pieces of berries.
One of fundamental characteristics is the stuffing thermal stability level, i.e. its ability to keep an initial form, color, aroma, not to boil away and not to spread in the course of heat treatment (pastries) that provides a possibility of introduction of a stuffing both to, and after the baking moment. Existence of thermostable qualities is caused by use of various pectins.
